Flu vaccinations are available now Wyndham Health Care anytime but for your convenience on Friday mornings between 8 and 11am we offer a NO WAIT immunisation clinic.

CHILDHOOD VACCINATIONS

Childhood immunisations are available at all times at Wyndham Health Care but on Friday mornings between 8 and 11am we offer a NO WAIT immunisation clinic  For those children who have missed any vaccinations please consult with your doctor regarding the immunisation catch up programme.

PRE EMPLOYMENT MEDICALS

Please call the clinic and make an appointment on 9749 2766 if you need to have a pre employment medical done.  Remember to bring all documents to your appointment.

HEALTH ASSESSMENTS

• Are you over 75 years?  Please make an appointment with one of our caring nurses to complete a comprehensive health assessment to ensure all your medical needs are being managed.  Once completed your doctor will review and discuss with you.
• Do you have diabetes? See your doctor to discuss management and review of your diabetes.

• Are you between the ages of 40 - 49 years?  Come in and see one of our nurses and complete a 'diabetes risk assessment tool'.
