Wyndham Health Care offers our patients a variety of services and facilities to assist with their medical treatment. We strive to provide optimum treatment for all patients in a traditional family manner and place great importance on health promotion and disease prevention.

Wyndham Health Care is a large purpose-built general practice located in Werribee in a very busy shopping precinct. A number of Allied Health staff support our doctors in treatment of patients as well as nursing staff.

Phone Consults

Our doctors offer limited telehealth consultations Monday to Friday. We do not offer this service on weekends unless you are positive for COVID. 

Communication Policy

When telephone communication is received, the urgency and nature of the call is gathered to determine of the call will be transferred immediately or if a message will be taken for the call to be returned.
Our practice is mindful that electronic communication (email, fax & sms) contact details may not be proficient and patient consent needs to be obtained before engaging in electronic communication.
Communication with patients via electronic means is conducted with appropriate regard to privacy.

Mask Policy

If you have Covid like symptoms Wyndham Health Care kindly asks everyone do a RAT,  wear a mask  and wait outside or in your car until  the doctor calls you in for consult. Please help protect our Doctors, Staff and vulnerable patients. 

UNFORTUNATELY,  OUR  DOCTORS HAVE HAD TO REDUCE THEIR APPOINTMENT DAYS TO COPE WITH THE CURRENT SITUATION.
