Wyndham Health Care offers a recall system for Pap Smears and Immunizations. You will be offered the choice of being on the recall system when you fill out the patient registration form. We offer the choice of email, SMS, phone or mail recall system. |

Telephone calls to doctors are limited to emergencies. Our receptionist and nurses will assist you with any enquiries or take a message for the doctor to call you back. |

At no time will test results be discussed over the phone. Please come in to see the doctor for any results. If the doctor wishes to discuss results with you, and you have not been to see the doctor, then the nurse may call you to come in to discuss results. |

With very few exceptions, repeat prescriptions will not written without a consultation to review the medication and condition. |
