If you require an interpreter the reception staff will call the Translating and Interpreter Service (TIS) when you arrive at the clinic for over the phone assistance. If you require an on site interpreter we can arrange an on site interpreter with some notice given.
Patients are also able to bring a family member or friend into the consultation to interpret if they wish.
For hearing impaired patients we can book and interpreters through NABS.
